The latest wave of Xbox Series X|S releases covers almost every taste: an open-road racer, a remake of a shooter that defined a generation, a sci-fi role-playing sequel, a pirate classic rebuilt for modern hardware, a tactical strategy game set during the Clone Wars and a new chapter of a blockbuster military shooter. Buying these titles as Xbox game codes means you can redeem them in seconds and start the download straight away, with no disc to wait for.
Below you will find six new Xbox games, what makes each one worth playing and which extras come with the edition in question, so you can decide what deserves a place on your console this season.
Before You Redeem a Digital Code
- Check the edition: Standard, Deluxe and Premium editions include different extras, from early access to car packs and cosmetic items.
- Look for Xbox Play Anywhere: some titles let you play the same purchase on Xbox Series X|S and a Windows PC, with your progress carried across.
- Make room on your drive: modern releases are large, so free up storage before the download begins.
- Think about co-op: if you play with friends, note which games offer online co-operative modes.
